Chief Operating Officer

Elizabeth Erdtmann began her insurance career at age 16 as a file clerk/biller/receptionist and gopher at Polar International Brokerage Corp. working after school and holidays.  She continued her insurance career with the same agency during her college years and over time worked in the accounting department, as a claims assistant, personal lines assistant, personal lines account executive and finally in commercial lines becoming the commercial lines manager.  She worked for Polar International for 22 years before leaving the agency in 1998 to join Stiepleman Coverage Corp. as commercial lines manager.  Stiepleman Coverage Corp. merged with Colex Coverage Corp. which then became The Signature Group, LLC.  In 2014 Signature Group merged with B&B Coverage Corp. to become The Signature B&B Companies, an Acrisure Agency Partner, and Elizabeth took on the role of Director of Commercial Insurance.

Elizabeth lives in Levittown, NY with husband Robert and basset hound Goofy.  She has her BBA in finance from Baruch College, her MBA in finance and insurance from St. John’s University (formerly The College of Insurance) and has earned her CPCU designation.
